Rising 30 stories in Tyson, VA is “The Hemming”, the newest building in the Scotts Run Development area. Multiple roof lines, and large overhangs made this a challenging project to access. Swing stages were used for the majority of the install, in various different configurations. The building was 3-D scanned to allow entire elevations to be fabricated rather than field measuring individual floors.

“Good General Contractors want three (3) things from subcontractors:
1. To provide outstanding preconstruction services that are a high value-add to our clients.
2. To provide thorough, creative, and complete bids that assist us in winning work on bid-day.
3. To deliver a work product in the field that is meets/exceeds the highest standards of quality and meets/beats the construction schedule.
Gary, Chad, and the entire DelMetro team consistently deliver on all three.”
